The New Mexico State University Foundation proudly announces that this spring’s NMSU commencement ceremony will include the conferral of an honorary Doctor of Letters upon Las Cruces community leader Wanda Bowman by the NMSU Board of Regents.

Please join us as we celebrate Wanda at a pre-commencement reception on Friday, May 15, from 4 – 5:30 p.m. in the Barbara Hubbard Room at the Pan American Center, 1810 E. University Ave., Las Cruces, NM 88003. Refreshments will be provided.

This distinguished honor — to be awarded during the 6 p.m. commencement on May 15 — recognizes Wanda’s decades of unwavering dedication to NMSU and her far-reaching contributions to the local and regional community.
