NMSU alumni Margaret Hardin ’94, former CEO of Ergobaby, and Suzanne Husby ’00, CEO of Make-A-Wish San Diego, will share how their time at New Mexico State helped shape their paths to leadership.

Carol Smallwood ’83, president and CEO of El Paso Health, will serve as moderator. The panel will offer practical insights into internships, career-building opportunities, and relationships that support long-term success. Attendees will also hear how mentorship and meaningful connections continue to guide these leaders, followed by a live question-and-answer session.
